When you visit this website, your browser automatically transmits certain technical data to our server, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, and the pages you visit. This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and functional operation of the website) and is not stored beyond the current session.
If you contact us via email, we process your name and email address solely to handle your enquiry, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
This website uses Calendly to allow you to book coaching sessions. Calendly is a service provided by Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA.
When you use the booking widget, Calendly processes your name, email address, and any information you provide in the booking form. Calendly may also set cookies and collect usage data. Data may be transferred to the USA; Calendly relies on Standard Contractual Clauses as a transfer safeguard.

This website can use the Meta pixel, a measurement tool provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland, to measure how well Giulia's advertising works.
The pixel is not active by default. It is loaded only if you give your consent through the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, or do not answer, no connection to Meta is made from this website at all.
If you do consent, your browser loads the pixel from Meta and sends Meta information including your IP address, details about your browser and device, the address of the page you are viewing and the page you came from, the page title, and some of the text shown on the page. The pixel sets a cookie named _fbp in your browser, and may use a cookie named _fbc if you reached this site from a Meta advertisement. Meta may be able to connect this information to a Facebook or Instagram account if you have one and are logged in. This website does not send Meta your name, email address or any details you provide when booking a call.
Giulia has also connected her pixel to a Conversions API Gateway, a server that receives the same page-view information and passes it on to Meta. With your consent, your browser therefore also sends this information, together with the _fbp identifier, to that server at capig.datah04.com. Without your consent, nothing is sent to it.
Legal basis: your consent, under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw your consent at any time, with effect for the future, using the cookie settings link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent stops the pixel and deletes the cookies named above from your browser. It does not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place before you withdrew.
